Lenders will request paperwork for your mortgage application that proves things like how much money you make and your debts. Below is a list of the support documents we will need once we start to get you pre approved.
SUPPORT DOCUMENTS_PURCHASE
- Complete online Loan Application
- 2 month bank statements (last 2 months)
- 2 years federal taxes
- 2 years w2’s
- 1 month pay stubs
- Copy drivers license
VA LOANS (If borrower was in the Military)
- Certificate of eligibility
- DD-214 discharge
